DBI can offer integrated plants to produce detergent-grade Zeolite-A.

Integrated design

DBI design integrates the Sodium Silicate and Aluminate production sections. 
These production sections use as feedstock the mother liquor recovered from Filtration and Washing section, thus minimizing the requirement of caustic soda.
